Centrifugal casting is that the liquid metal is injected  to the mold of high-speed rotation.Under the action of centrifugal force, the metal liquid is full of mold.Centrifugal force makes the liquid metal in the radial well with casting and formed a free surface of casting.The centrifugal casting can obtain cylindrical inner hole without core.It is conducive to rule out the gases and inclusions in liquid metal ,which improves the mechanical and physical properties of casting.

Advantage: 1 Gating and runner system are almost no metal consumption, which Improves process production rate. 2 Production of hollow castings can be without core, So In the production of long tubular castings can greatly improve the metal filling ability and reduce the ratio of casting wall thickness to length or diameter. Simplify the production process of sleeve and tube casting. 3 The casting’s density is high , there is less  defect such as porosity and slag inclusion, so it has high mechanical properties. 4 It’s convenient to product cylinder and composite metal casting, such as Steel sheath, double metal roll, when metal castings, it can improve the filling ability of metal by centrifugal force, so it can produce thin wall casting. The structure of J517 cantilever centrifugal casting machine is horizontal. It is made up of host, electric control system, water cooling system, hydraulic ejector mechanism and Safety protection cover. It can be widely used in large diameter sleeve and cylinder castings production. The host consists of the base, turntable, adjustable-speed motor, bearing pedestal, main axis, driving gear and ejector system. Host is the core component of cantilever centrifugal casting machine, which makes the turntable rotate. It can realize the centrifugal casting. The mold is fixed on the turnplate. The main axle is stepless speed regulation so that the equipment can be able to meet technical requirements of casting with different diameter. Hydraulic ejector mechanism comprises hydraulic unit, ejector oil cylinder and ejector rod. The ejector oil cylinder drives the ejector rod put out of the casting. The ejector rod is in the middle of main axis, The cooling system includes two parts.

The structure of J513 cantilever centrifugal casting machine is horizontal, It is made up of four parts, which are Host,  electric control system, water cooling system and Safety protection cover. Host is the core component of cantilever centrifugal casting machine, which makes the turntable rotate. It can realize the centrifugal casting.      With converter motor driving main axle rotate by belt. It has widely speed range. The main axle is stepless speed regulation so that the equipment can be able to meet technical requirements of casting with different diameter.      With using casting lathe bed, the machine runs more smoothly. The ejection mechanism is driven by pneumatic linear actuator. When the host stops the casting will be pushed out from the die pipe.      In the casting process, pipe die and mold can be cooling by manual control.      The control unit use PLC. The display unit is touch screen which can set process parameter and store casting process parameters
